"The product Epionce is great, except expiration date is in 4 months"
The product Epionce is great, one of the best for my dry and sensitive skin, shipping is quick too. The only complaint I have is that the body cream I received has an expiration date in 4 months, which seems too close, even though I think I will use it before the date. I actually bought another bottle hoping it’s expiration date would’ve further out, but it is the same.
Update after my review was posted: skincareRx representative contacted me promptly and after I provided evidence they refunded the 2 items, which I didn’t expect and didn’t even ask. They also promised to keep better stock of inventory expiration date before shipping out in the future. I really appreciate their quick remediation and gesture. Needless to say, I’ll continue to buy from them.

"Excellent service"
Excellent service. I have been coming back again, again and again. Having samples for me to try before I buy them. Love it!!
